MISSION: Provide a welcoming environment where single adults can cultivate a vital relationship with Jesus Christ (GROW), enjoy Christian fellowship (RELATE), and exercise their God-given gifts and talents to express the love of Christ to others in the body (SERVE) and to the broader community (REACH OUT).

How Do I Get Involved?

To get involved in the CFC Single Adult Ministry, just come to the Sunday morning fellowship at 11:00 a.m. in room D5 or any of the other events this ministry has to offer. To get your name on the email news & invitation list or to volunteer to help with any of the ministry events, contact CFC’s staff ministry coordinator Carol Corn via email or calling her at 262-3000.

Vision

GROW in the knowledge of God and his Word by:
1. Offering week-night studies lasting 3-4 weeks that focus on topics of interest to CFC and non-CFC singles which may be hosted by the Singles or a different CFC ministry.
2. Offering Sunday morning Bible studies.
3. Actively connecting singles to the CFC Life on Life Discipleship ministry.

RELATE to others in truth and love by::
1. Actively connecting singles to the CFC small group ministry, offering alternative groups consisting of all singles, singles with married individuals, and season of life groups.
2. Offering periodic social activities that foster building healthy relationships.
3. Making periodic ministry contact with all CFC singles.
4. Developing affinity groups made up of singles with common interests as musicians.

SERVE in the body according to your God-given gifts by:
1. Developing a ministry where singles can practically minister to other singles' needs.
2. Hosting a citywide or regional Christian Singles Conference in the next 2-3 years using other church’s conferences as a learning process.
3. Assisting single parents identify and enlist godly same-gender adult role models for their children.
4. Providing administrative services for the Singles Ministry, such as corresponding and maintaining the monthly calendar.

REACH OUT with the hope of Christ to those outside the body by:
1. Establishing a process whereby singles visiting or joining the church are contacted and introduced to the Singles Ministry.
2. Offering opportunities for singles to serve in other ministries and short term mission trips.
